About Our Celtic Armbands: These hand-woven Celtic Armbands are made from a decorative flat plaited knot from the family of knots called "Sinnets". In our variation of the Sinnet, we plait pairs of wires together into a very dense band that is adjustable to fit any arm up to 12 inches in circumference. These armbands are made adjustable by tying the ends together at an overlap, allowing you to obtain a custom fit to you that is semi-permanent, allowing later adjustment. Larger bands (above 12" circumference) can be requested for a small additional fee. Our armbands look fantastic on one or both arms, and you can purchase a set of two; there is no shipping or handling cost for the second armband if purchasing them to be shipped together.

Our Celtic Armbands may either be worn just above or in the the center of your bicep for the most comfortable fit and so that once adjusted the band will not shift or slip. The band may be worn as snugly as the wearer finds comfortable and without cutting off the circulation of blood in your arm.

We carry two variations of our Celtic Armband - the "6 part" and the "8 part", denoting the width of the knot in wire pairs. Each may be worn by male, female, child or adult and are generally one-size-fits-all. We feel that the 6-part is best suited for women and children, while the 8-part will suit anyone.
